ECENTA Innovates CRM Connector for SAP Customer Data Platform
ECENTA is excited to announce a new innovation in partnership with SAP, named the CRM Connector for SAP Customer Data Platform. The innovation integrates the data platform with Salesforce CRM - delivering bi-directional account and contact data to end-users.
The connector is now available on the SAP Store, which is the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings.
This is the first version of the connector, with the goal to extend it to other business scenarios like customer service tickets, leads, and opportunity data. ECENTA's experience with CDP software and the close working relationship with SAP’s product management team contributed to the solution.
The SAP Store delivers a simplified digital customer experience for finding, trying, buying and renewing more than 1,800 solutions from SAP and its partners. There, customers can find the SAP solutions and SAP-validated solutions they need to grow their business. And for each purchase made through SAP Store, SAP will plant a tree.
