The personal interview
Meeting you personally is important to us. Therefore we invite you to our office after our phone call. Here we have the opportunity to get to know each other even better. In our conversation, we will talk about your motivation and expectations. Additionally, to the responsible consulting manager, you will get the opportunity to meet one of the founders.
We do not want you to wait too long. You will get a response after our personal interview within two days. Do we want you on our team? In this case, you will immediately receive a contract offer. This also starts your onboarding so you will be prepared for your first workday at ECENTA.
