Senior Strategist

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong appetite for technology, vision setting, continual learning, workshop facilitation and organizational road-mapping. An insatiable curiosity combined with the ability to manage a multitude of tasks and stay organized is essential.

Job Description

ECENTA Digital is looking for a Senior Strategist who will be responsible for providing services such as (but not limited to) the following:

  • Building strategic approaches, frameworks and exercises for organizations going through digital or organizational transformation
  • Strategic planning lead for customer experience initiatives
  • OCM lead for organizational change management initiatives
  • Executing strategic planning initiatives in-house when applicable (ex: survey creation, brand alignment workshops, employee interviews, facilitation of focus groups and workshops)
  • Post workshop/roadmapping/engagement analysis
  • Support pre-sales and business development teams on CX, OCM, Roadmapping and OCM pitches
  • Provide ongoing solution optimization recommendations (post roadmapping and strategic planning efforts)
  • Identify up-sell opportunities for existing clients
  • Client workshop design and facilitation
  • Presence as a customer experience thought leader within the SAP ecosystem
  • Client contact for projects whereas you are designated lead (customer experience, OCM and strategic planning client projects)

The Senior Strategist will report to the Sr. Director of Customer Experience.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Project estimating & pricing
  • Statement of work writing
  • Building strategic service offerings
  • Manage agency, consulting firm and vendor relations for CX, OCM and Strategic planning initiatives
  • Coordinates internal trainings on strategic thinking services and workshops with the broader organization
  • Team recruiting and interviewing (if applicable)


  • 10+ years in strategic planning (Commerce, Service and Sales focus a plus)
  • 8+ years in customer experience strategy
  • 10+ years working in a global consulting/agency firm


  • Desire to be part of a growing global consulting team
  • Desired experience with OCM strategy and support
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Digitally connected and curious
  • Post COVID-19 - Open to travel as necessary (approx. 25%)
