New value Scenario for the Business Suite

SAP Product Management and ecenta have developed a new Value Scenario for the new upcoming Business Suite EhP1 Release.

The deep and ongoing cooperation of SAP product managers and ecenta project managers allowed an alignment of the scenario to actual customer and market requirements. Due to ecenta's excellent experience of implementing various scenarios through the last 10 years, a smooth system integration leading to a closed-loop scenario could be planned and successfully implemented.

ecenta and SAP IT are currently setting up a prototype for the SAP BCM integration into SAP CRM which will be part of the EhP1 Upgrade in SAP's own SAP CRM implementation. Once in production, the telephone-based marketing will be CTI-supported leading to reduced handling times and largely improved reporting capabilities.
