LeasePlan, the world biggest car leasing company went live with their Australian implementation of SAP Leasing in January 2010.

After 4 years of engagement, SAP and ecenta delivered the world first and biggest full service leasing solution as well as one of the largest CRM implementations ever.

The solution covers all aspects of LeasePlan's business, including purchasing of cars, call center activities, and a self-service leasing application for a large range of customers as well as their suppliers and maintenance garages.

ecenta will further support the solution and, together with LeasePlan, roll out the implementation into other countries.
