The source systems are connected to SAP Netweaver MDM, which enables de-duplication of master data and assigns a global ID with applicable key-mappings. The consolidated records can then be loaded to SAP Netweaver BI for accurate, company-wide reporting (e.g. for global spent reporting).
Data Synchronization and Harmonization - besides contributing to consistent global reporting, the Content Consolidation scenario prepares the master data for distribution to connected client systems in the next phase known as Harmonization scenario.
